E-Domicile

To obtain an e-domicile certificate in Kohat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, follow these steps:

1. Prepare Required Documents:

• Application Form: Complete and sign the prescribed application form.
• Affidavit: Provide a sworn statement affirming the accuracy of your information.
• Paid Challan Form: Include a copy of the paid challan as proof of fee payment.
• Photographs: Two recent passport-sized photos.
• Educational Certificate: Copy of your Matriculation (Metric) certificate.
• National Identity Card: Attested copy of your Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
• Father's CNIC: Attested copy of your father's CNIC.
